WE OFFER FIRST CLASS AND PRIORITY SHIPPING WITH TRACKING and SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION on orders over $50.00.
Ownership of packages turned over to USPS transfers to the buyer. We are not responsible for lost or held packages. We are not responsible for mis-delivery errors via carrier, or incorrect shipping info. Shipping is a service you purchase from USPS along with your order from us, so any shipping issues must be handled by USPS.

The processing time for orders is 3-5 business days. After that, delivery time within the United States is 3-6 days, Please keep in mind that during holidays or limited edition launches, this time may vary. Thank you for your patience.
We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from USPS to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back end charges once the package has exited the United States.
Tracking your order:

Wrong address disclaimer:

Lost/Stolen Packages:
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it please report it to your respective shipping carrier at the information provided to you on our Tracking Page. CANCELLATION REQUEST
Once you have placed your order(s), it will be automatically processed and saved in our system. Cancellation cannot be made for any reason relating to changes of mind, adding or aborting items, or external problems. No return or cancel when you use any coupons.
